TSB Passenger — Urban MAGLEV
An automatic, driverless passenger transport system for trams, metros, and commuter rail applications.
Asynchronous short stator linear drive with electromagnetic levitation (combined carrying and guiding)
Vehicles configurable from 2 to 6 powered cars; up to 127 persons per section (urban layout)
System capacity up to 35,000 pphpd
Grade of Automation 4 (GoA4) — fully automatic operation; safety functions meeting SIL 4; ETCS-Level 3 equivalent technology
Regenerative braking for energy-efficient operation
Space-saving infrastructure: single-track width of just 3.20 m, double-track 7.60 m; guideway service life of 75+ years
TSB Cargo — Automated Freight MAGLEV
A fully automated, demand-oriented freight MAGLEV system built for port and terminal logistics.
Speeds up to 150 km/h, capacity of 180 containers/hour/lane
Handles all container sizes and truck trailers up to 35 tons payload
Compensates for 4,000+ container trucks per day, cutting road congestion and carbon footprint
Energy consumption as low as 0.05 kWh/tkm — significantly more efficient than truck transport
Flexible transshipment interfaces (direct, crane, or carrier-based, at ground level or elevated)
