PYRO-SAFE® DG NG
PYRO-SAFE® DG NG is a high-performance, water-based intumescent fire protection coating specifically developed for outdoor applications. When exposed to its activation temperature, the material forms a highly insulating carbonaceous foam with a high expansion ratio and strong expansion pressure, effectively preventing the spread of fire and heat. The coating is easy to handle and apply, making it ideally suited for a wide range of passive fire protection applications.
PYRO-SAFE® DG-SKN
PYRO-SAFE® DG-SKN is a water-based fire protection coating for outdoor application, especially developed for rolling stock. Its VOC content is significantly below the lowest limit of 50 g/L l in accordance with GS-11. Starting at a temperature of 150 °C, it will undergo various reactions during exposure to fire, finally expanding to a cohesive protective layer.
KERAFIX® Cooling-Strip F
KERAFIX® Cooling-Strip F offers outstanding cooling properties in case of fire, extending the fire resistance duration of fire protection constructs. KERAFIX® Cooling-Strip F is made of minerals which absorb large amounts of heat once an activation temperature of approx. 100 °C is reached and release approx. 26 % of water of crystallisation. The application of KERAFIX® Cooling-Strip F and its special 2K variant coated on one side with KERAFIX® Flexpress 100 (ablative and intumescent) provides solutions with fire resistance periods from 30 minutes to over 90 minutes for wood, aluminium and steel constructs.
PYRO-SAFE® DG-CR
Flexible and tear-resistant composite material made of glass filament fabric with intumescent coating on the inside.
FLAMMADUR F 500
FLAMMADUR® F 500 is an elastic to hard polyurethane foam with intumescent properties. It is used as a component for fire protection, develops a thermally insulating layer of carbon foam in case of fire, fills joints, gaps and other openings and prevents heat transmission.
REGUFOAM FR
REGUFOAM FR is a sound-insulating, flame-retardant polyurethane foam with a mixed-cell structure. The material is available in various thicknesses, lengths and widths and is intended for use in rail vehicles as well as for structure-borne sound decoupling, vibration isolation and shock protection. The products of the REGUFOAM FR series exhibit defined static and dynamic load ranges, characterised bedding curves and specific natural frequency behaviour based on their dynamic stiffness. Physical properties include mechanical loss factor, tensile strength, elongation at break and fire performance in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2 (R10, HL3). Die-cut parts, water-jet-cut parts and self-adhesive versions are available on request.
